This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the strategy and daily management of recruiting systems, which include the ATS and tools for scheduling and coordination.
• Ensure that recruiting systems are properly configured, widely adopted, and functioning seamlessly throughout the recruiting organization.
• Develop and document repeatable, scalable recruiting processes.
• Manage data integrity and reporting, encompassing requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, as well as reliable dashboards.
• Identify areas of friction and manual tasks in recruiting, then create workflows, automations, or redesign processes utilizing AI and tools.
• Assess and implement recruiting technologies and AI-enhanced tools, while managing vendor relationships with an emphasis on ROI.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on managing offer letters, conducting background checks, and obtaining headcount approvals.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to enhance the candidate and interviewer experience.
• Develop and maintain auditable processes, anticipating the compliance needs of a public company.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting operations, which includes recruiting coordination, systems management, and process design.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in creating and documenting repeatable processes that support data integrity across recruiting systems.
• Strong proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, as well as recruiting and scheduling tools.
• Experience in data-driven program management, including the development of KPIs and dashboards, and translating insights into actionable steps.
• Comfort in experimenting with AI tools and automation, including Zapier, scripts, and AI-driven workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain buy-in and foster adoption without formal authority.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Nice to have: experience in a rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firm, particularly in relation to SOX processes.
• Nice to have: familiarity with employer branding, referral initiatives, or other recruitment programs.
• Nice to have: experience in direct collaboration with People Operations regarding offer management and background checks.
