This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and daily management of recruiting systems, which include ATS and scheduling/coordination tools.

• Develop and document scalable, repeatable recruiting processes.

• Ensure data integrity, maintain requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and reliable recruiting dashboards.

• Identify areas of recruiting friction and manual tasks, then create workflows, automation, or redesign processes to address them.

• Assess and implement recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools, managing vendor relationships with a focus on return on investment (ROI).

• Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and Finance on offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals.

• Establish success metrics for recruiting operations and promote ongoing enhancements to candidate and interviewer experiences.

• Create auditable processes that consider compliance needs for public companies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, encompassing recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.

• More than 2 years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven experience in building and documenting repeatable processes that support data integrity across recruiting systems.

• Strong expertise in ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby, and Workday, as well as recruiting and scheduling tools.

• Experience in developing KPIs and dashboards and converting insights into actionable plans.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation, including Zapier, scripts, and AI-driven workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster adoption across teams without formal authority.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: experience in a high-growth, publicly traded technology company and understanding of SOX-related process considerations.

• Preferred: knowledge of employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting initiatives.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with People Operations on offer management and background checks.
