Manager – Strategy Consulting, Project and Client Responsibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate strategic and organizational challenges and formulate structured, actionable solutions.

• Take independent ownership of work packages within projects, ensuring their successful execution.

• Oversee projects or sub-projects, acting as a primary point of contact for clients.

• Communicate outcomes to stakeholders at various levels and assist in their implementation.

• Contribute to the emergence of new topics and service offerings.

• Take initial responsibility for establishing and nurturing client relationships.

• Mentor junior colleagues within the context of projects.

• Engage in internal initiatives and facilitate knowledge development within the organization.

• Collaborate within small project teams, further refining your topics, your role in the team, and your client-facing responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in management or strategy consulting.

• Proven ability to work independently on projects and manage work packages.

• An exceptional degree in business, economics, engineering, or another technical discipline.

• Capability to quickly organize complex subjects and work in a structured, analytical, and solution-focused manner.

• Strong presence in client interactions with clear, persuasive communication skills.

• Eagerness to take ownership of your topics and advance them independently.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

• Willingness to travel as required for project work.

• Submission of university transcripts and all employment references is required.
