This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and evaluate new global market and application-driven growth opportunities.
• Deliver unbiased, data-driven analysis of global trends, workflows, unmet needs, and purchasing scenarios.
• Convert market, customer, and application insights into opportunity narratives and commercial recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with market development, product management, strategy, innovation, solutions, marketing, analytics, and sales teams.
• Partner with regional teams and sales leaders to activate opportunities and disseminate best practices.
• Represent Shure in professional bodies, associations, and key market ecosystems.
• Collect feedback from field teams and external stakeholders to evaluate scalable global opportunities.
• Provide end-user, workflow, and market insights to enhance field readiness, trials, strategic seeding, and value positioning.
• Research and expand sales channels, partner ecosystems, and commercial pathways for Shure solutions.
• Develop repeatable strategies, messaging approaches, and partnership insights to support global adoption.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Audio, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic market development, business development, application engineering, solution selling, product marketing, or a similar role with a global emphasis.
• Preferred experience in the audio industry, professional technology, conferencing, collaboration, broadcast, live production, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer workflows, use cases, and purchasing dynamics across regions and complex B2B environments.
• A proactive and accountable attitude, with the capacity to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent analytical abilities and the skill to interpret market, customer, and application insights.
• Capability to translate technical or application knowledge into commercial opportunities, sales guidance, and scalable growth strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with product management, marketing, solutions, and regional sales organizations.
• Familiarity with sales channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of global user communities, industry associations, and customer ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel as required, with a minimum expectation of 25% travel.
