Manager – Strategic Client Alignment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a connection point between clients and IHCS internal teams to foster and sustain collaborative relationships.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop client-specific strategic alignment plans.

• Ensure that services align with client expectations, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, addressing any performance challenges that arise.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, IT, Finance, and Provider Relations teams.

• Assist in the onboarding of new client plans and product lines, including PDN, LTSS, and home infusion services.

• Examine claims, authorization trends, utilization patterns, and member outcomes.

• Deliver data-driven insights to improve performance and enhance client satisfaction.

• Support special initiatives and pilot programs, ensuring effective execution and measurement of outcomes.

• Manage internal and external change communication strategies effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, healthcare, marketing, or communications.

• Over 5 years of experience in client success within the health plan sector.

• Strong operational understanding of healthcare payers and providers.

• Excellent skills in relationship-building and strategic partnership development.

• Strong analytical capabilities for addressing both business and technical challenges.

• Proven track record of establishing and adhering to work schedules under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management with the ability to oversee complex projects.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with CRM or customer success software.
