Manager, Solutions Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and management of Solutions Consultants across various industry sectors, customer categories, and possibly different geographical regions.

• Function as a player-coach and provide mentorship to Solutions Consultants.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to potential clients throughout the sales process.

• Utilize product knowledge, strategic insight, and best practices in pre-sales interactions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams.

• Establish strong foundations for enduring customer relationships.

• Work across departments to assist customers and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with effective follow-up abilities.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity.

• Experience in selling to accounts with advanced Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.

• Domain expertise in two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.

• Proven experience in people management and leadership roles.

• Background in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.

• Willingness to travel, up to 50% during peak periods.
