This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assemble and lead a team of sales engineers who specialize in product introduction, evaluation, and education.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet regional quota objectives and establish strong relationships.
• Advise revenue leaders on sales strategies and address product challenges or gaps, while representing team requirements to executive management.
• Leverage AI and data analytics expertise to identify trends and opportunities, enhance technical win rates, and facilitate LATAM expansion.
• Analyze complex issues, devise straightforward solutions, and work together with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams.
• Foster strong working relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and service teams.
• Identify and evaluate candidates while overseeing the interview process.
• Serve as a player/coach by delivering impactful presentations to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to grasp customer requirements, navigate sales cycles, provide value-driven demonstrations, support POCs, and secure business deals.
• Take ownership of the regional Technical Win forecast.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a pre-sales role.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience, including the recruitment, training, and retention of top talent.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and AI Agents.
• Strong technical proficiency in Databases, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Analytics/Data Science.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, having been exposed to at least one of the major three cloud platforms.
• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences, whether spontaneously on a whiteboard or through formal presentations and demonstrations.
• Ability to align a customer’s specific business challenges with Snowflake’s solutions.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience in developing and successfully launching new territories, teams, or initiatives from the ground up.
• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
