Manager, SEC Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the organization's adherence to all GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including the annual report, 10-Q, 10-K, and registration statements.

• Prepare and assess reporting and presentations for Senior Management.

• Report to Management and the Board of Directors through presentations.

• Conduct technical accounting research and provide necessary support.

• Develop team members.

• Complete special presentations and/or analyses requested by senior management.

• Directly oversee the work activities of others, including selection, termination, performance evaluations, and professional growth of subordinates.

• Travel overnight less than 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• CPA certification is required.

• Experience in Big 4 Public Accounting is necessary.

• Background in Financial Reporting with a large public company is essential.

• Experience with multi-division and multi-national companies is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong technical understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations.
