This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the DoD COCOM Account team.
• Establish territory strategies and account pursuit plans across the COCOM portfolio.
• Enhance team performance by generating pipelines, managing stages, conducting deal reviews, forecasting, and providing strategic coaching.
• Lead, mentor, and grow account executives selling Everfox technical solutions to COCOM accounts.
• Predict bookings, oversee pipeline health, monitor core team metrics, and ensure consistent performance attainment within the team.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain sales personnel aligned with COCOM mission objectives.
• Direct the team through government procurement processes, including contract vehicles, channel partnerships, and reseller relationships.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and specific COCOM contracting requirements.
• Utilize joint acquisition frameworks and region-specific procurement processes to expedite deal cycles.
• Cultivate and sustain executive relationships with COCOM decision-makers, joint military staff, J-code directors, program managers, and system integrators.
• Represent Everfox as a senior leader within the COCOM and joint defense environment.
• Foster strategic alliances across Combatant Commands and component service commands.
• Ensure data sources inform pricing strategies, customer program insights, pipeline targeting, forecasting accuracy, and business investments.
• Evaluate territory performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends.
• Collaborate with pricing, channel, capture and proposal management, product, marketing, and services teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support complex opportunities and provide a seamless customer experience.
• 10+ years of sales experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Proven expertise in COCOM operations, joint military contracting, procurement, and acquisition frameworks.
• Experience in selling Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust architectures, and Multi-Level Security technologies.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams that manage large, strategic government accounts across various services and geographical theaters.
• Strong track record in coaching and talent development.
• Established network and recognized presence within the defense technology and COCOM sectors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
