Manager, Quote to Order

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop a long-term strategy and systems roadmap for the Quote-to-Order process.

• Oversee priorities and manage feature backlogs effectively.

• Prioritize and refine sprint backlogs to ensure user requirements are captured.

• Offer application support and implement enhancements on the Salesforce CPQ platform.

• Collaborate with go-to-market business leaders to gain insights into growth strategies.

• Enhance processes through experimentation, prototyping, and feature development.

• Build, lead, mentor, and coach team members for their professional growth.

• Foster high performance, professional development, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Quote-to-Order processes, including NPI and CPQ operations.

• Capability to adopt an architectural mindset while proposing solution designs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead operational support, implement business-critical enhancements, and create business requirements and solution designs.

• Proven success in managing product and sprint backlogs.

• Exhibited curiosity and proactive exploration of AI tools, with a successful history of integrating new technologies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports, including analysts and QA engineers.

• Established track record of setting quality standards.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in a rapidly growing SaaS or technology company.

• Practical experience executing large-scale CPQ implementations.

• Highly motivated and self-driven approach to continuous operational improvement.
