This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Leap's QAPI program from start to finish, encompassing clinical and operational event intake, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and tracking of closures.
• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care across nursing agencies, specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, and prospective care-delivery partners.
• Establish clinical quality standards in accordance with NHIA quality benchmarks and CMS QAPI methodologies.
• Create and sustain quality and safety dashboards utilizing actual infusion data.
• Track safety-event and incident patterns and highlight emerging signals related to patient safety.
• Develop network-wide quality metrics and provide monthly quality and safety reports to leadership.
• Detect variations among partners and promote consistency through corrective actions, education, and escalations.
• Foster quality as a collective capability within a just-culture framework.
• Manage standardized clinical vetting and onboarding processes for new partners.
• Ensure annual or accreditation-cycle re-verification of partners.
• Offer clinical vetting and quality approval for partner onboarding.
• Act as the clinical quality checkpoint for network expansion.
• Oversee quarterly business reviews with network partners.
• Assist in network development and geographic expansion while upholding care quality.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Over 5 years of experience as an RN, including at least 2 years focused on clinical quality or patient safety.
• Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, or managed care.
• Direct involvement with a QAPI or similar quality improvement initiative.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong clinical judgment with the capability to define and justify care-quality and partner fit-for-service assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience in building or maintaining dashboards, tracking metrics, and utilizing trend data.
• Preferred: knowledge of Joint Commission, ACHC, CHAP, and CMS home infusion therapy mandates.
• Preferred: CRNI and/or VA-BC certification.
• Preferred: CPHQ certification or a commitment to obtain it within the first year.
• Preferred: experience in vetting, credentialing, or managing a contracted provider network.
• Preferred: oncology infusion expertise and ONS/ONCC chemotherapy-immunotherapy training.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future.
