Manager, Provider Operations Strategy and Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and standardization of processes for providers across Medicaid programs, focusing on enrollment, outreach, and site visits.

• Establish business and technical specifications for provider systems, workflows, and compliance requirements.

• Create reporting frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) structures.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure systems and data collection meet business and reporting needs.

• Enhance provider experience by implementing improvements that minimize obstacles and increase access to services.

• Assist in implementation efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and data requirements.

• Recognize and propagate best practices across various accounts.

• Aid in governance, executive reporting, roadmap planning, and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicaid operations or technical service delivery.

• In-depth knowledge of provider services, including enrollment, screening, outreach, publications/communications, and support.

• Proven experience in leading business process enhancements, system implementations, or operational transformation initiatives across operations, product, and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
