This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +23 more states.
• Delivers precise pricing guidance based on market dynamics, geographical factors, and consumer segments.
• Aids the organization in reaching sales, revenue, and additional goals by identifying and implementing pricing strategies that align with the overarching business strategy and are informed by operational capabilities.
• Consults with the business to establish and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for products and services.
• Possesses forward-thinking abilities to develop or enhance forward-looking business cases and volume/revenue projections.
• Oversees the logic, algorithms, methodologies, and reporting associated with the pricing health of the organization.
• Works collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Data Analysis, and other departments on pricing models, logic, algorithms, value analytics, and pricing/discounting guidelines.
• Generates standardized reporting and quantitative outputs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Exhibits advanced knowledge, understanding, and practical application of the relevant skills.
• Capable of assisting, consulting, coaching, teaching, or leading others in applying those skills.
• Able to apply knowledge beyond the confines of one’s position.
• Achieving this level of proficiency necessitates substantial experience and expertise.
• Competent in 'building from scratch' as well as enhancing existing workstreams.
• Comprehends the implications of strategic pricing recommendations.
• Advocates pricing strategies that convey value, influence customer purchasing decisions, and foster trust in the company's products and services.
• Experienced and comfortable engaging with leadership.
• Quick learner, adept at establishing new processes and refining existing ones.
• Experience in subscription businesses is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the telecom/broadband/mobile industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• May utilize AI/software assistance but is not reliant on it.
