This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for packaging updates, product launches, operational process enhancements, supply chain redundancy initiatives, and other PMO priorities.
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to assess project status, risks, and priorities.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee on-time, budget-conscious delivery to specifications.
• Utilize Monday.com as the primary project management platform to monitor progress and optimize workflows.
• Maintain and refine centralized databases for project management and packaging.
• Enhance project management systems and processes by discovering opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Recognize inefficiencies and drive quantifiable improvements across teams and processes.
• Collaborate with the PMO team to embody the "Endlessly Pursue Better" Core Value.
• Share project updates, risks, and crucial decisions in a transparent and timely manner.
• Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to sustain alignment, accountability, and progress in delivery.
• Report to the Director of Innovation & Stage Gate as a part of the Supply team.
• Proven project management experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
• Experience with flexible packaging is advantageous.
• Proficient in Monday.com or comparable workflow management tools.
• Background in handling a diverse range of cross-functional projects.
• Capability to quickly acclimate to new business areas and processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing detailed project timelines.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
• Competency in managing scope and defending project timelines with data.
• Skill in assessing operational trade-offs and proposing alternative solutions during disruptions.
• Process-oriented mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience in developing or enhancing PMO frameworks and streamlining workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive anticipation of obstacles.
• Capacity to evaluate downstream impacts and identify alternative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear, structured, and timely updates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across departments and with external partners.
• Experience in a founder-led environment is a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
