Manager, Partner Experience & Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive sourcing strategy for Delivery Partners and Trash Service Partners.

• Identify recruitment channels, manage recruitment budgets, and allocate resources specific to each market.

• Oversee funnel health metrics to enhance conversion rates, costs, and activation results.

• Maintain network fill rates and collaborate with Operations leadership to mitigate coverage risks.

• Streamline onboarding and recruitment processes while leading multi-channel communication efforts.

• Enhance the overall service partner experience from the application stage through ongoing engagement.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to pinpoint root causes related to filling positions and formulate recovery strategies.

• Establish feedback mechanisms to assess and elevate the Delivery Partner experience, communicating insights to leadership.

• Perform root-cause analyses and implement long-lasting solutions when facing declines in conversion, fill, or retention rates.

• Lead, mentor, and develop specialists who report directly to this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and expertise to independently manage partner sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across all markets.

• Capability to oversee recruitment expenditures and tailor strategies for each specific market.

• Proficient in owning and analyzing funnel metrics, including application volume, conversion rates, cost per applicant, cost per activation, and time to first block.

• Skilled in optimizing technical workflows and screening procedures.

• Strong critical-thinking abilities and root-cause analysis skills.

• Competent in leading, coaching, and developing specialists who report to this role.
