This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and execution of paid social initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that performance aligns with or surpasses efficiency, growth, and budgetary objectives.
• Create and implement optimization and monitoring strategies tailored to specific platforms, particularly Meta Ads.
• Take ownership of the paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that have the greatest potential to enhance performance, audience expansion, and meet client goals.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to provide strategic paid social recommendations and facilitate client-facing communications.
• Integrate paid social insights and narratives into client deliverables, such as tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
• Ensure that all paid social work undergoes thorough quality assurance and is executed accurately while managing client budgets and adhering to brand standards.
• Engage in client calls, reporting sessions, and status meetings as a representative of the client-facing team.
• Coach and mentor team members, aiding in onboarding and developing both technical and strategic paid social skills.
• Formulate growth strategies and achieve measurable results for ambitious brands as part of DEPT®, a Growth Invention company at the nexus of technology and marketing.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in paid social across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
• Advanced knowledge of paid social strategies across the marketing funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in managing campaigns targeting awareness, consideration, and performance objectives, with a solid understanding of full-funnel activation.
• Proven track record in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats to guide optimization and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to assess performance, extract insights, and present clear optimization recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools for tracking performance and deriving insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in contributing to client-facing presentations and crafting strategic narratives.
• Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members, fostering skill development, performance improvement, and team engagement.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States, as DEPT® is an E-Verify participant.
