Manager, Operations – Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the operational and analytical foundation for Catalyst Mobility's philanthropy department.

• Ensure that systems, processes, financial planning, data management, and prospect intelligence foster sustainable philanthropic development.

• Report directly to the Head of Philanthropy & Private Funding.

• Create and uphold forecasts for philanthropy revenue, pipeline projections, and models for fundraising performance.

• Oversee budgeting, CRM management, pipeline tracking, reporting, prospect research, and fundraising analytics.

• Collaborate closely with the Manager of Emerging Partnerships & Growth and the Manager of Engagement & Stewardship.

• Establish and maintain systems, data, processes, and market intelligence that bolster philanthropic growth.

• Enhance fundraising decision-making and improve organizational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience and qualifications relevant to philanthropy operations, business planning, financial management, data management, CRM administration, pipeline management, reporting, prospect research, and fundraising analytics are essential as per the role description.

• Capability to develop and maintain forecasts for philanthropy revenue, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models.

• Ability to promote sustainable philanthropic growth and maintain high-performing fundraising operations.

• Proficiency in collaborating with fundraising and philanthropy leadership as well as managers across partnerships, growth, engagement, and stewardship.
