This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, enhance, and execute SOPs, playbooks, tools, and field resources.
• Assess operational workflows, pinpoint obstacles, and propose scalable solutions.
• Establish operational rhythms, accountability frameworks, and follow-up procedures.
• Collaborate with District Managers to ensure the successful implementation of operational initiatives across corporate-owned centers.
• Conduct center visits, operational audits, and assessments focusing on execution, safety, regulatory compliance, and EWC standards.
• Analyze audit results and field observations, identify trends and root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Assist in operational due diligence and readiness planning for potential acquisitions.
• Create and oversee operational integration plans for newly acquired centers.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness and post-acquisition integration with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Transition newly acquired centers to EWC’s operational standards, systems, tools, programs, and performance expectations.
• Support the opening of new corporate-owned centers by ensuring operational readiness, training, supplies, systems, and launch activities are in place.
• Conduct assessments following openings and acquisitions, and facilitate stabilization efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with District Managers and Center Managers to understand operational requirements.
• Promote structured problem-solving and the exchange of effective practices across markets.
• Aid in training and enablement initiatives for field leaders.
• Collaborate with L&D and HR to identify capability gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects, crafting plans, timelines, roles, dependencies, success metrics, and accountability frameworks.
• Act as the Operations liaison for cross-functional partners and external vendors.
• Organize testing and implementation of operational solutions.
• Prepare recommendations and updates for leadership regarding priorities, progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
• Convert monthly priorities, promotions, and sales initiatives into field communications and execution plans.
• Coordinate regular meetings for corporate-owned centers and monitor follow-up actions.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, target-setting, and portfolio-wide planning alongside Operations and Finance leadership.
• Deep understanding of multi-unit operations, field execution, operating standards, and performance drivers at the location level.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including knowledge of center-level P&L drivers and linking operational actions to business outcomes.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including plan development, dependency management, accountability maintenance, and timely delivery of multiple initiatives.
• Proficient in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, recognizing trends and root causes, and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and establish credibility within field and corporate teams.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
• Capability to create simple, scalable, and field-friendly processes.
• Willingness to travel regularly to corporate-owned centers and work outside standard business hours as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or another consumer service sector.
• Experience leading operational projects across multiple locations, including process improvements, new openings, integrations, or operational audits.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, implementing standardized processes, and using operational data to enhance execution and business performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management or business intelligence tools preferred.
