This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Supervise and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams facilitating NVIDIA product integration, ensuring it aligns with sales strategies and design win goals.
• Plan and coordinate initiatives to incorporate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
• Lead the prioritization and sequencing of workstreams that deliver comprehensive hardware and software solutions.
• Address complex customer challenges, manage partner issues, and sustain robust technical relationships.
• Direct technical execution for significant customer deployments, coordinating both internal and external resources.
• Engage in recruitment, lead interview panels, and prepare justifications for executive-level hiring.
• Offer insights to business units, suggest procedural enhancements, and assist in OEM account strategy and roadmap development.
• Align technical and business teams during NPI, solution development, and OEM interaction.
• Create forward-looking perspectives on NVIDIA technology within OEM platforms and convert them into actionable strategies.
• Contribute to the formulation of OEM strategy, mentoring, and process enhancement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an MBA focusing on IT management.
• Over 8 years of experience in OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments, and management.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a team.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements, NPI initiatives, and end-to-end solution development.
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes.
• In-depth understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite, encompassing GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks pertinent to datacenter and OEM deployments.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through intricate deployments and customer interactions.
• Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews, manage customer issues, and cultivate trusted technical relationships.
• Proficient in setting objectives, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategies, aiding in roadmap planning, and aligning with sales to promote deeper adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA’s hiring process and the ability to lead interview panels, assess technical talent, and create justifications for executive-level hiring.
