Manager, NP Licensure – Collaborative Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the roster of collaborating physicians, which includes managing capacity tracking, matching NPs, and facilitating onboarding processes.

• Create and uphold state-specific as well as provider-specific templates for collaborative practice agreements.

• Establish new collaborative practice agreements along with all necessary documentation.

• Examine completed agreements, organize them internally, submit required state documentation, and update licensure records accordingly.

• Conduct primary source verification and assess license viability for both new and existing NPs.

• Monitor licensure and the status of collaborative practice agreements across various states, addressing any outstanding issues.

• Manage escalations related to licensure with state boards or other pertinent entities.

• Act as a subject matter expert on NP licensure and compliance regarding collaborative practices.

• Investigate open questions, communicate with state boards, and record important decisions.

• Assist with NP offboarding procedures concerning collaborative relationships.

• Conduct pre-hire licensure assessments for NP candidates and provide feedback to the recruiting team via Ashby.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with NP/APRN licensure, credentialing, or collaborative practice agreements within a healthcare or telehealth environment.

• Familiarity with the processes of multi-state licensing boards and primary source verification.

• Ability to tackle ambiguous, cross-functional challenges and develop processes where none currently exist.

• Strong skills in documentation.

• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in your daily operations.
