
Manager, Molecule Pipeline Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the daily management and governance of molecule assets, prioritizing the molecule pipeline and its deployment.
• Propel strategic efforts to enhance the capabilities of molecule intelligence.
• Implement standardized practices for asset management while promoting the adoption of tools and processes that boost operational efficiency.
• Oversee global initiatives aimed at improving molecule visibility, data quality, specification position coverage, and commercial intelligence.
• Develop and sustain processes, tools, and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights into the progression of molecules, specification statuses, and competitive positioning.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports, translating pipeline insights and performance metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership and commercial teams.
• A bachelor's degree in a scientific, life sciences, or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of biologics, bioprocessing, drug development workflows, and the factors influencing technology selection.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to distill complex scientific and commercial information into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and foster alignment across a global organization.
• Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Willingness to travel 25% to EMEA, USCAN, and APAC regions.
• Previous experience in tracking molecule pipelines and asset management, process development, commercial enablement, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Prior experience in technical sales, field application support, or scientific support positions would be beneficial.
• Experience in leading cross-functional process improvements, operational excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with external molecule databases, industry intelligence platforms, and market analytics tools would be advantageous.
• Experience navigating complex global matrix organizations would be beneficial.
