Manager – MIS & Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide support and execute regulatory reporting along with designated finance transformation initiatives in accordance with business needs.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Regulatory, Financial Reporting, Technology, Data, Operations, TMO, and Business sectors.

• Play an active role in departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives, delivering consistent progress updates to management.

• Recognize and advocate for the use of automation, AI-driven tools, and new technologies to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

• Oversee project delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and obtaining stakeholder sign-offs.

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through reconciliation and validation controls across finance systems.

• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for regulatory reporting, as well as for business insights and decision-making.

• Support Finance teams during the month-end reporting processes, monitor issues, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and process enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in regulatory reporting and finance transformation projects.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with automation technologies and AI tools is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
