This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Analyze and consolidate monthly meeting notes from Growth Membership Managers across four global super-regions.
• Recognize recurring themes in recruitment, trends, and opportunities for co-investment plans.
• Deliver growth summaries and trend reports to senior leadership in the growth sector.
• Arrange, coordinate, and oversee internal and external calls for the Growth Portfolio team.
• Establish and manage Growth WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms.
• Compose and distribute monthly newsletters and updates for stakeholders.
• Assist in logistics, content creation, and coordination for growth-related events, including GLC and VCOT sessions.
• Act as the primary contact for membership qualifications and inquiries.
• Monitor, update, and manage applications for new members and prospects.
• Provide operational assistance for membership activities, including regional onboarding and training.
• Aid in the development of “Coming Soon” chapters through processing applications and preparing for launches.
• Work in conjunction with regional staff, tech support, and administrative teams for chapter setup and integration.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and task lists.
• Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up communications.
• Oversee external vendors for Growth Portfolio projects as necessary.
• Conduct monthly audits and updates for growth leadership.
• Create and manage surveys, feedback forms, and application reviews.
• Monitor engagement and application traffic, identifying areas for operational enhancement.
• Serve as the main liaison for Leadership Development across Recruitment, Member Engagement, and Accelerator Teams.
• Align leadership development resources and initiatives with the growth goals of EO’s portfolio.
• Support frameworks, processes, and models for the growth leadership community.
• Undertake additional responsibilities that support growth and organizational expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• A proven history of driving growth initiatives and meeting membership targets within membership-based organizations or associations is preferred.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Preferred experience in event management, including budget handling and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Ability to engage with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
• A collaborative self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort and proficiency in working across diverse cultures, geographies, and time zones.
