Manager, Medical Education – Field Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on Medical Education initiatives.

• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to create educational resources.

• Design and implement annual strategies and programs for Medical Education.

• Oversee resources, budgets, P&L obligations, and investment priorities.

• Innovate online education methods and applications.

• Work in conjunction with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training teams.

• Establish the short- and long-term vision and strategy for Medical Education.

• Manage the network of KOLs and emerging thought leaders.

• Guide team members towards achieving excellence.

• Tailor programs to meet customer needs and align with business priorities.

• Formulate communication strategies and define desired outcomes across various media channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required.

• An MBA is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in medical devices or Medical Education is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management is preferred.

• Experience in endovascular procedures and knowledge is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time.
