This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the multi-state licensing strategy and set priorities in line with Daymark’s launch schedule for MD, DO, NP, and RN pathways.
• Expedite provider licensing using interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and the FCVS process.
• Oversee the completion of licensing applications and renewals.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise licensing and credentialing trackers while providing provider status updates to leadership.
• Create payer credentialing strategies that align with state priorities, licensing requirements, and go-live timelines.
• Establish and manage CAQH profiles and attestations.
• Submit and oversee commercial payer applications.
• Handle Medicare enrollment through PECOS, including 855I/855B/855R filings, reassignments, revalidations, and updates.
• Manage relationships with MAC and address enrollment challenges.
• Lead the licensing and credentialing onboarding process for new clinicians.
• Provide guidance on scope of practice, practice authority, supervision, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive authority.
• Monitor CME, continuing education, and clinical certifications such as CPR/BLS.
• Recruit and lead a specialist team as the department expands.
• Develop scalable workflows, quality assurance checks, reporting rhythms, and cross-functional processes.
• Proven, hands-on experience managing provider licensing and payer credentialing from beginning to end, including interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and expedited pathways.
• Experience with Medicare enrollment through PECOS (855I, 855B, 855R), CAQH, and other credentialing platforms.
• Understanding of scope of practice, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive/controlled substance authority in a multi-state framework.
• Background in a startup or rapidly growing healthcare organization is advantageous.
