This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in nurturing high-potential and executive talent throughout the organization via leadership development programs and experiences.
• Oversee the design, implementation, operations, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives.
• Anticipate training needs and develop scalable learning solution strategies.
• Create, manage, and report on project plans that align with content strategy.
• Design and implement learning programs along with reporting solutions in the Learning Management System.
• Supervise daily operations of ongoing learning and development initiatives.
• Establish internal processes to enhance program participation and execution.
• Track program/process expenses and uphold the budget.
• Evaluate, measure, and report on the effectiveness of learning solutions.
• Analyze the impact of learning on business and individual performance, and develop continuous improvement action plans.
• Foster relationships with business units, HR, Learning, Design & Development, Technology, Delivery, Product, and other cross-functional collaborators.
• Update internal stakeholders and client groups on program/process status.
• Formulate and implement communication and change strategies for significant initiatives.
• Design, test, and deploy functionalities, security, and processes within the Learning Management System.
• Identify learner needs and contribute to the design of learning solutions.
• Oversee independent learning projects as necessary.
• Collaborate with executives, external providers, coaches, and faculty.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A high school diploma and/or GED is typically required for this position.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience is necessary.
• Experience in planning, managing, and executing leadership development programs or experiences is required.
• Background in supporting high-potential, leadership, executive, or talent development initiatives is essential.
• Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
• Proven experience collaborating with executives, external providers, coaches, faculty, and cross-functional teams to implement large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with utilizing participant feedback, survey results, and data insights to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels.
• Experience coordinating leadership experiences, executive onboarding, executive coaching, or similar talent development programs is beneficial.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, talent systems, or Learning Management Systems is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the retail industry or an equivalent role at Home Depot is preferred.
• Remote/Virtual work options available.
• Overnight travel is generally less than 5% of the time.
