Manager, Leadership & Talent Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of company-wide leadership and talent development initiatives.

• Facilitate leadership and professional development courses, workshops, and programs tailored for high-potential individuals and mid-to-senior-level leaders.

• Revise and improve existing leadership programs while tracking participant engagement and progress.

• Evaluate organizational requirements and create processes, tools, and resources for leadership development.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and vendors to develop content, tools, and educational solutions.

• Assist in cultural transformation efforts by integrating learning competencies that align with business strategies and organizational values.

• Set metrics to assess program effectiveness and calculate ROI.

• Guide internal clients on best practices in talent management and offer data-informed recommendations.

• Convey talent management strategies and solutions to HR and business leaders, including executives.

• Contribute to the philosophy, strategy, and standards of talent management; develop tools and assessments for managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.

• Preferred experience in the retail or production sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with Articulate 360 and Rise for updating and maintaining learning materials.

• Proven capability to design, coordinate, and execute leadership programs.

• Must be located near a major airport and open to traveling up to 25% as required.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with performance management, talent management, and other organizational development programs.

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.

• Certification in leadership assessments such as Hogan or MBTI is a plus.
