📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Surgical Technologies solutions.

• Conduct technical training and assist with laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops.

• Utilize a structured teaching methodology to evaluate trainees’ proficiency and safety levels.

• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and surgical proctor teams to develop training programs and establish expectations.

• Gain expertise in robotic surgery, encompassing RAS System Technology, RAS System applications, advanced technology, OR efficiency, training pathway processes, and coaching methodologies.

• Train surgeons, first assistants, and operating-room personnel across various surgical specialties.

• Support clinical education initiatives and events while promoting competitive readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare industry is highly valued.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and high capacity for learning.

• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and assessing product- and procedure-based technical education and training utilizing blended learning solutions.

• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a professional work ethic are essential.

• Willingness to be based near Strasbourg (France) or Gent (Belgium), with an openness to travel 75% of the time to training centers.

• Capability to acquire knowledge of robotic surgery, surgical equipment, instruments, and the supporting digital infrastructure.
