📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Surgical Technologies solutions.

• Conduct technical training and offer support during laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops.

• Utilize a structured teaching approach to evaluate the efficiency and safety levels of trainees.

• Work closely with Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues, and surgical proctors to design training programs and establish expectations.

• Gain knowledge of the robotic surgery ecosystem, which includes surgical equipment, instruments, and the supporting digital infrastructure.

• Cultivate expertise in RAS System Technology, RAS System applications, advanced technology, OR Efficiency, the Training Pathway process, and training/coaching techniques and methodologies.

• Travel to training centers in Belgium and France to support clinical education programs and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Background in training, field sales, sales support, or clinical/technical roles within the medical device or healthcare industry is highly valued.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and high capacity for learning are necessary.

• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating product and procedure-based technical education and training using blended learning solutions.

• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a strong professional work ethic are important.

• Willingness to be based near Strasbourg (France) or Gent (Belgium), or willingness to travel 75% of the time to training centers.

• Ability to quickly learn and deliver high-level technical training while supporting clinical education programs and events.

• A solid understanding of surgical equipment, instruments, and supporting digital infrastructure is required.
