This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategic and tactical product management for Juniper Payments products and services.
• Act as a key member of the Juniper leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of Juniper Payments.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle for both current and future capabilities, along with compliance requirements.
• Function as a subject matter expert and liaison regarding ACH, FedWire, Instant Payments, and related funds-movement topics.
• Oversee efficiencies, product compliance and mandates, product penetration analysis, market release processes, and interdepartmental alignment.
• Direct product strategy, market positioning, development initiatives, enhancements, compliance, viability, commercialization, and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead the analysis and evaluation of product enhancement requests and supervise the creation of business requirements.
• Serve as the internal and external escalation point for designated products and applications.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, and other functional areas.
• Execute product strategies in conjunction with Velera departments.
• Identify risks during feasibility studies and development phases, communicate issues to leadership, and create market test scenarios.
• Develop product documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Report and provide updates on product and solution performance metrics.
• Lead research initiatives and communicate necessary modifications and their impacts.
• Organize and present seminars and training sessions.
• Conduct meetings to support development, monitor progress, and communicate status updates.
• Act as the primary liaison to Operational Support departments.
• Participate in cross-functional teams tasked with developing and implementing new or improved products and services.
• Oversee the impact of mandates and industry developments on products.
• Partner with Marketing for both internal and external communications.
• Direct commercialization responsibilities concerning maintenance, mandates, industry requirements, and vendor replacements.
• Execute system readiness in collaboration with internal and external partners throughout the commercialization process.
• Maintain, lead, and respond to inquiries related to product-focused servicing tickets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products is required.
• Experience in the financial and credit union industry is essential.
• Familiarity with core or account processing is required.
