This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a national resource for Best Buddies Jobs staff by providing field support, coaching, problem-solving, and training assistance.
β’ Aid in the overall program strategy, set objectives, facilitate regular Jobs team meetings, and keep track of performance data.
β’ Offer coaching, consultation, technical assistance, and problem-solving related to participant services, employer engagement, job development, retention, service delivery, and program operations.
β’ Collaborate with state teams on job placement, retention, fading, and employer stewardship.
β’ Enable communication between state teams and the national Jobs team.
β’ Determine state-specific support and training needs while providing guidance on complex issues.
β’ Monitor trends, obstacles, and emerging requirements, developing recommendations and targeted support strategies.
β’ Assist state-specific Jobs program audits by providing training and guidance on compliance, documentation, and best practices.
β’ Support onboarding and professional development for Jobs staff.
β’ Conduct regular field visits to evaluate implementation, offer hands-on coaching, and identify opportunities for staff development.
β’ Create and implement a training curriculum for Jobs staff.
β’ Design, prepare, and lead training sessions at conferences and staff development events.
β’ Develop, coordinate, and provide both virtual and in-person training, boot camps, learning resources, and coaching support.
β’ Refine and enhance training materials for key projects and service implementation.
β’ Ensure effective use of Salesforce through staff training and ongoing support.
β’ Review and update forms and materials to align with current procedures and style guidelines.
β’ Establish partnerships with third-party training organizations.
β’ Assist in the establishment of new Best Buddies Jobs program locations, covering licensure, case file and procedural setup, staff hiring, initial job development, and applied staff training.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or a minimum of 3β4 years of experience in project management and staff coaching/mentoring.
β’ Preferably 1β2 years of direct supervisory experience.
β’ Experience with the Best Buddies program or other integrated employment/job coaching is preferred.
β’ Strong project management skills, including planning, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to multitask effectively.
β’ Capacity to gather information and insights through questioning/probing and observing staff in the field, analyze data, and provide constructive feedback.
β’ Excellent presentation abilities.
β’ Outstanding written communication and editing skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
β’ Comfortable interacting with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
β’ Willingness to travel frequently on a national scale and to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
