This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the firm's technology operating model, encompassing systems inventory, access standards, vendor partnerships, core IT roadmap, and operational routines.
• Manage Google Workspace, including user lifecycle, groups, access controls, endpoints, SaaS applications, and key security settings.
• Oversee AWS access, monitoring, backup checks, and routine operations, collaborating with specialist engineers for significant architecture or security tasks.
• Administer Cloudflare DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, WAF, redirects, domain configuration, and incident resolution.
• Operate internal AI tools and agentic workflows, covering integrations, access controls, monitoring, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Take full responsibility for the corporate website, including content, configuration, CMS, minor front-end modifications, hosting, testing, releases, change control, and rollback procedures.
• Manage domains, certificate renewals, asset records, endpoint procurement, and access inventories.
• Provide IT support for employee devices, accounts, connectivity, and common software issues.
• Conduct access reviews, patching, backups, security hygiene, and incident procedures; escalate significant risks as necessary.
• Act as the primary technology contact and maintain runbooks, system maps, and decision records.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in IT operations, technical operations, cloud or infrastructure support, or internal IT management.
• Experience as the primary technology owner in a lean, high-trust environment.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, Cloudflare, DNS, SSL/TLS, identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
• Experience in operating production websites, including hosting, CMS or deployment workflows, release coordination, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Strong judgment in security and access control, including least privilege, backup verification, vendor risk assessment, and incident response.
• Sound troubleshooting skills with an ability to prevent unsafe production changes.
• Capability to work independently with executives, employees, vendors, and specialist engineers.
• Excellent documentation practices.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Practical understanding of modern AI systems and agentic frameworks, including LLM workflows, tool/API integrations, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and safe production operation.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining business automations or AI-enabled systems.
• Nice to have: experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, investment firms, or regulated environments.
• Nice to have: AWS, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, or security certifications.
• Nice to have: familiarity with WordPress or another CMS, Git-based release workflows, lightweight front-end changes, or programming in Bash, Python, or low-code automation.
