This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies that align with the goals of the organization.
• Supervise Sales and Partner Success enablement efforts, which include the development of processes and playbooks.
• Offer training and support regarding new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate a conference strategy and oversee the execution of conferences, including participant management, lead list creation, and ordering necessary materials and assets.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for conference-related activities and presentations.
• Direct cross-functional projects related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Establish and uphold project plans, timelines, and budgets for go-to-market activities.
• Lead a small team of direct reports through effective guidance, constructive feedback, and support for professional growth.
• Oversee marketing claims and facilitate legal reviews.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.
• A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience.
• Experience in the Education sector is essential (K12, Higher Education, Edtech, etc.).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in cross-functional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs arise.
• Capable of accessing information via a computer.
