Manager, Global Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business subject matter expert for RenovoLive within the Life Sciences sector.

• Define and validate system modifications, approving changes prior to site implementation.

• Oversee the management of client master data change sources and extraction processes for each record system.

• Direct the onboarding process for new sites, including extraction enablement and data migration.

• Take ownership of systems training, ensuring that coordinators and engineers are qualified for independent platform tasks.

• Manage discussions regarding the platform roadmap with the product team.

• Oversee the asset and work order data model, enforcing a unified record standard across systems and regions.

• Reconcile records across systems to establish a single source of truth for reporting.

• Assess data quality and asset accuracy at the work site.

• Manage asset records from their arrival through to disposal.

• Conduct regular physical asset reconciliations and address any identified discrepancies.

• Take responsibility for program reporting and compute contractual KPIs from a single dataset, eliminating manual adjustments.

• Deliver data for program forecasting and cost-per-asset analysis.

• Assist with audits and entitlement reviews by providing accurate and traceable data.

• Develop and document reporting models for independent use by others.

• Lead Master Data Analysts in a global capacity.

• Enhance coverage depth across systems and site datasets.

• Mentor site teams on record accuracy and tackle recurring error patterns at their source.

• Verify the training and qualification of analysts prior to their independent work on systems.

• Accompany and host OEM and third-party engineers for assignments as necessary.

• Ensure safe working environments and complete safety and compliance training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of seven years in business systems, master data, or asset data management.

• Extensive hands-on experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

• Proficient in service management platforms, with a track record of specifying changes and validating them before release.

• Proven experience in owning data standards across multiple record systems.

• Familiarity with asset lifecycle data management from intake to disposal.

• Demonstrated experience leading analysts or managing a small functional team.

• Preferably possess experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research setting.

• Desired experience in data migration or system onboarding.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, business, or information systems field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

• Training in laboratory safety, GxP, and data integrity is either provided or required.

• Ability to complete necessary safety and compliance training punctually.

• Capability to maintain a safe working environment at client sites.

• Proficient in adhering to customer site safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and specific laboratory or facility procedures.

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment while on-site.

• Willingness to travel approximately 15 to 25 percent of the time.
