Manager, GEO & Web Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website, encompassing site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and user experience.

• Take ownership of GEO and AEO strategies, enhancing the visibility of Sysdig's content in AI-generated responses and adapting to evolving search behaviors.

• Manage conversion rate optimization and user experience strategies utilizing GA4 and behavioral insights.

• Lead and mentor an internal web developer, supervising technical execution, maintaining code quality, and ensuring daily delivery.

• Oversee the site's technical infrastructure, which includes architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and the overall health of the CMS/platform.

• Present web performance metrics to the marketing leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in web development or web strategy.

• At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects or teams.

• Strong practical knowledge of site architecture, CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Webflow is advantageous.

• Familiarity with GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and AI-driven search methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing conversion rates and site performance through GA4.

• Experience in managing agencies.

• Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and marketing leadership environments.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes from start to finish.
