Manager, FSA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead teams tasked with providing feasibility assessments and efficient site activation for global clinical trials.

• Oversee the coordination of site start-up and activation delivery, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Manage FSA project teams responsible for country and site feasibility, start-up strategies, and activation activities.

• Supervise essential documentation, as well as regulatory and ethics submissions, along with contract/start-up packages.

• Analyze feasibility data, assumptions, and risks, while developing mitigation plans and realistic start-up forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Partner with business development and operational teams on proposals, bid defenses, and client meetings.

• Track feasibility and site activation performance metrics, identify trends, and promote continuous improvement.

• Offer coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to FSA staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical research with a strong emphasis on feasibility, site selection, and study start-up.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Strong analytical and planning skills, with experience in interpreting feasibility data and operational metrics.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in customer-facing roles.

• A continuous improvement mindset, emphasizing quality, predictability, and operational excellence.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
