Manager, Fraud Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team in the analysis of extensive behavioral, transactional, and interaction data to identify signals of fraud and abuse.

• Create monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and mitigation strategies for emerging fraud threats.

• Take ownership of AI agent performance tracking and optimization for Fraud Operations.

• Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to convert fraud patterns into model feature recommendations and provide feedback on model scoring.

• Establish metrics and deliver regular reports on operational efficiency and fraud savings.

• Recruit, mentor, and coach junior data analysts.

• Conduct design and code reviews.

• Work with leadership, fraud operations, product, and engineering teams to define and implement fraud strategies.

• Promote continuous learning, experimentation, and collaboration between fraud and data science teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in fraud analytics, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.

• More than 2 years of experience mentoring and managing analytics teams.

• Proficient in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and data storytelling.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with Python programming.

• Excellent people leadership abilities.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to work across functions and influence outcomes.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.

• In-depth understanding of user behavior and fraud patterns.

• Candidates must reside within the continental United States.
