Manager, FP&A – MCE V2500

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manage and actively participate in the contract management for the MCE Engine Services Finance Contract.

• Calculate and assess contract estimates at completion (EACs) for various fleet management contracts within the V2500 engine portfolios.

• Prepare and deliver financial analyses regarding contract EACs to P&W CFT and external auditors.

• Develop and present financial analyses for customer proposals and activities related to contract restructuring.

• Assist with monthly and annual MML/closing activities and actual financial results for multiple fleet management contracts.

• Oversee the quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO)/Backlog process.

• Aid in the annual rate recalculation for various fleet management contracts and provide support for the invoicing vendor.

• Ensure financial oversight for multiple fleet management contracts and offer ongoing support to contract fleet managers.

• Utilize CORE tools to implement continuous process improvement plans.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of V2500 Aftermarket Finance.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and Operations Analytics teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting along with 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Aftermarket or Financial Planning and Analysis environment or long-term contract accounting.

• Exceptional financial and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in effective communication across all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with various financial systems, including SAP.

• Capable of working efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision while managing multiple high-priority projects.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
