This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess Dynamics 365 solutions along with associated technologies; pinpoint deficiencies and suggest enhancements.
• Evaluate service, enhancement, and system improvement requests in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Establish functional and system requirements while documenting both current and future-state business processes.
• Confirm that D365 configurations, ISV solutions, and integrations align with requirements as well as security, compliance, and integration standards.
• Formulate test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and use cases.
• Review test outcomes and address defects, configuration issues, and interoperability challenges.
• Supervise ERP projects, workstreams, or phases, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Participate in ERP roadmap planning and devise functional strategies and implementation plans.
• Assist with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other end-user functional processes.
• Conduct application administration, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and metrics collection.
• Lead testing efforts for enhancements, new features, and bug resolutions.
• Provide functional expertise and address escalated issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for business managers, key users, and global applications personnel.
• Oversee IT training curriculum and materials while promoting technology adoption.
• Collaborate with technical managers, workstream leads, and functional leads to develop solutions.
• Monitor functional service requests to ensure adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Manage changes to ISV functionality, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and conducting annual reviews.
• Create budgets for the IT organization.
• Ensure staff receive training on both existing and new software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading and managing direct reports of both functional and technical resources.
• At least 8 years of experience in ERP design, development, customization, implementation, integration, and administration, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Experience in full life-cycle implementations of D365 F&O and managing production support teams.
• Over 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in large teams within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Practical pricing expertise; experience with Flintfox ISV is a plus.
• Advanced implementation experience in Warehouse Management, particularly in large-scale warehouse settings.
• Familiarity with ISVs such as NMB and SPS.
• Experience in process manufacturing and an understanding of formulas, co/by-product handling, and formula-based production processes.
• Strong knowledge of EDI and hands-on experience with EDI message/error mapping and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in vendor management, including managing ISVs deployed on D365 F&O.
• Interpersonal and communication skills suited for cross-functional teamwork.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and a working knowledge of Microsoft D365 CRM.
• Commitment to standards, best practices, and delivery processes.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in data cleansing, verification, and migration.
• Knowledge of master data management and data quality best practices.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in the Medical Devices or Life Sciences industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience in highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications.
• Base salary range of $117,524 to $218,258 annually for U.S. locations that require compensation disclosure.
