Manager, ENT/MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a skilled sales team to surpass monthly objectives and annual quotas within the construction technology industry.

• Identify new market potential by networking with industry leaders and fostering strategic B2B partnerships.

• Collaborate with technical pre-sales professionals to create and implement account strategies aimed at securing high-value new clients.

• Represent Trimble at significant industry events and establish connections with technology partners and associations.

• Participate with the sales team in on-site client assessments and high-stakes presentations across North America.

• Propel strategic expansion for the New Logo Sales division.

• Coach and nurture members of the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven sales experience in a software context.

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Capacity to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in account management, including strategic networking.

• Experience in developing and modifying sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% to support field operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of North American AEC industry workflows (preferred).

• Experience managing remote or geographically distributed sales teams (preferred).

• Technical background or degree in a field relevant to construction or business technology (preferred).
