Manager, D&S Strategy, Planning & Special Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategy, planning, budgeting, and collaborative efforts for the Digital & Sustainability Team.

• Manage special projects within the team's portfolio.

• Drive P&L success for GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of both short- and long-term strategic plans.

• Analyze customer and partner behaviors while conducting market research to produce actionable insights.

• Lead performance management efforts, monitoring progress on key strategic initiatives, growth strategies, and performance levers.

• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

• Support initiatives aimed at process improvement and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

• Spearhead special projects within the Digital and Sustainability Team.

• Report directly to the Director of Digital & Sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, project management, or a comparable field.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage complex spreadsheets.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Skilled in data analysis tools such as Power BI and SQL.

• Demonstrated proficiency in AI-related hacks.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing projects.

• Background in P&L management.
