This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of Covenant House International's digital presence in collaboration with agency partners.
• Manage Asana, ensure content stewardship, and oversee the lifecycle of campaigns.
• Contribute to annual strategies aimed at expanding the constituent base, maximizing revenue, and enhancing digital file growth.
• Maintain budget trackers for revenue and expenses related to digital programs.
• Assist in deploying segment-specific donor journeys and keep documentation up to date.
• Respond to emergent fundraising opportunities and crises as they arise.
• Research and suggest innovative methods and investments for testing purposes.
• Keep an archive of key performance indicators from pilot testing.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across appropriate communication channels.
• Act as the project manager for digital campaigns.
• Prioritize integrated cross-channel communications based on annual plans, budget limitations, and urgent needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners on programs for donor and lead onboarding and conversion.
• A minimum of three years of project management experience in the digital sector.
• Ideally, experience within a nonprofit organization focused on social impact.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing direct marketing initiatives.
• Experience collaborating directly with or working on face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital channel programs.
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.
• Knowledge of annual giving, direct mail, print production, telemarketing, digital marketing, joint fund allocation, and basic analytical principles.
• Ability to utilize quantitative, data-driven methods with fundraising data, reporting, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong skills in facilitation and collaboration.
• High initiative, focus on goal attainment, and the ability to motivate and engage donors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with accountability as well as being an effective team player.
• Ability to create and implement innovative solicitation strategies.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Diverse experience in fundraising with mass-market and other audiences.
• Understanding of one-to-many and high-touch fundraising strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel to site and office locations up to 10–15% of the time.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
