Manager, Digital Shelf Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel organic growth for Kraft Heinz brands by enhancing the shopper experience across eCommerce platforms.

• Develop and oversee captivating visual content.

• Oversee the creation of Product Detail Pages (PDP) for innovation, renovation, and Limited Time Offer (LTO) initiatives, encompassing visual and written content, along with Ratings & Reviews.

• Manage the relationship with the Digital Shelf creative agency, prioritize tasks, ensure best-in-class creative output, and oversee project completion.

• Direct the development of content related to innovation, renovation, LTO, and Brand Positioning initiatives.

• Supervise project timelines and creative evaluations from a Digital Shelf standpoint.

• Oversee the content syndication process to guarantee content availability on retailer sites.

• Track and resolve syndication challenges with Digital Shelf retail teams.

• Keep KHC Digital Shelf content guidelines current and relevant.

• Manage essential tools and capabilities for the entire Digital Shelf team.

• Gather Digital Shelf requests from Business Units, outline project scopes, collaborate with agencies, and manage timelines.

• Establish visual content standards across MRHI, Supplementary Images, A+ Content, and video formats.

• Collaborate with business units to revamp visual content and creative across the organization.

• Define and oversee the measurement of new creative efforts.

• Plan syndication for new visual creative assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Sales, or a similar capacity.

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong communication abilities with a talent for collaboration across various cross-functional teams and agency partners.

• Capacity to analyze data, derive insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations.

• Exhibits forward-thinking and takes the initiative to identify opportunities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

• Naturally curious, highly motivated, and very self-reliant.
