This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a specialized team in data operations while mentoring and developing team members.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, integrity, and security of client eligibility and accumulator data.
• Supervise file structures, data mapping, and the processes of ingestion and egestion.
• Utilize knowledge of PBM claims adjudication to identify and rectify data-related issues.
• Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of SFTP for client and vendor file transfers.
• Drive automation in coding to minimize manual file handling and reduce errors.
• Implement monitoring and alert systems for file transmission failures and lead the resolution process.
• Oversee change control regarding client data, file structures, and production systems.
• Ensure that all changes are documented, tested, and received approval prior to production.
• Act as the Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor team velocity and capacity while removing obstacles that hinder progress.
• Engage directly with clients to address data issues, onboarding processes, and escalations.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to execute and prioritize the project roadmap.
• Convert technical data and file issues into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience with PBM, including familiarity with eligibility files, accumulator data, and claims adjudication processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in data operations, file management, or a similar role within PBM/TPA/adjudicator data.
• Previous experience in people management is essential.
• Proficiency with SFTP setup, configuration, and management for client or vendor file transfers.
• Familiarity with change control processes in regulated or healthcare data environments.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or a solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies, with a readiness to take on that role.
• Technical fluency in reviewing SQL, file specifications, or automation coding is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in direct client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel 10%-20% of the time.
