This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Analysts.
• Define and implement the long-term vision for FuzeRx's Product Analytics team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams on significant data initiatives.
• Establish career progression paths, performance metrics, and recruitment strategies.
• Convert business requirements into data insights and scalable data solutions.
• Assist in evaluating new product features and enhancements.
• Promote best practices in experiment design and analysis.
• Present data insights and opportunities to senior management.
• Manage data transformation processes, turning raw data into scalable, reusable assets.
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and define scalable, maintainable analytics design patterns.
• Develop reusable dashboards to monitor product and operational health.
• Establish and uphold best practices for business intelligence platform maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles.
• Extensive knowledge in analytics engineering and data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with DBT or a similar data transformation framework.
• Experience with Git or a comparable version control system.
• Strong proficiency in metrics design and instrumentation.
• Significant expertise in experiment design and evaluation.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Operations teams.
• Proficient in creating assets using Looker or an equivalent business intelligence platform.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Ability to work at a computer terminal with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform frequent repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details.
