Manager, CS – Attendance Plus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of strategic Attendance Plus clients, with direct accountability for outcomes and renewals.

• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a growing team of Customer Success Managers.

• Develop the Attendance Plus customer success framework, encompassing the customer journey, engagement strategies, success plans, and playbooks.

• Drive quantifiable attendance outcomes and transform successes into references and case studies.

• Oversee renewal health and retention across the portfolio, implementing proactive measures for at-risk accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion and cross-selling based on proven value and adoption.

• Advocate for Attendance Plus customer requirements to the Product team as the offerings evolve.

• Implement account planning, reporting, and HubSpot management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.

• Experience in K12, EdTech, or MTSS is highly advantageous.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading and developing a customer-facing team.

• Ability to create processes from the ground up — experience with new products, new markets, or early-stage environments is a plus.

• Proven success in managing strategic, high-value relationships with executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, retention, and growth.

• Excellent coaching, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• Data-oriented and exceptionally organized approach.
