Manager, Conversion Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Conversion Data Analysts.

• Take ownership of delivery outcomes and make final prioritization decisions within the conversion portfolio.

• Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and trade-offs while proactively addressing issues.

• Collaborate with Leaders, Conversion Project Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.

• Inform decisions by leveraging knowledge of conversion workflows, data mapping, and Bloomerang’s data model.

• Foster an environment of psychological safety, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Make decisions regarding personnel and delivery in alignment with established strategies and guidelines; escalate when necessary.

• Exemplify Bloomerang’s values while simplifying expectations, processes, and communication.

• Provide steady leadership during periods of high volume or risk, ensuring follow-through on commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or roles related to conversion delivery.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Senior or Lead Conversion Data Analyst, or in a comparable position.

• Proven experience in people leadership.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Strong understanding of data analysis principles.

• Excellent skills in Excel.

• Knowledge of data validation techniques.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and conversion tools.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Ability to communicate clearly and simply, along with sound decision-making skills.

• A passion for the nonprofit sector.

• Must reside within the U.S. or select Canadian provinces.
