This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead the exploration and implementation of analytics initiatives that support commercial, market access, and medical teams.
• Identify advanced analytics opportunities to enhance business outcomes and operational performance.
• Continuously enhance reporting capabilities for Sales, Access, and Medical teams.
• Support commercial and medical teams in the data-driven identification of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Direct analytics projects that evaluate sales and access performance across distribution channels, utilizing additional datasets such as GPO data and Komodo Claims.
• Act as an analytics thought partner for Sales, Market Access, and Medical stakeholders.
• Formulate key questions, align assumptions, and effectively communicate insights to support decision-making.
• Create reporting and dashboards for field teams, including MSL activity, trends in scientific exchange, and geographic coverage.
• Uphold strict compliance standards while enhancing field effectiveness.
• Streamline workflows and implement automation solutions to boost the efficiency of the analytics team.
• Assist team members with data automation, reporting, and the development and tracking of KPIs.
• MBA or MS in a quantitative or health-related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• Over 5 years of analytics experience within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
• Familiarity with Market Access, Medical, or both domains.
• Practical experience with healthcare data including claims, payer/formulary data, HUB, or specialty pharmacy data.
• Knowledge of medical or real-world data sources is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to convert ambiguity into structured insights.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong ethical standards.
