This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance and management for clinicians in a designated region.
• Direct regional clinical operations, focusing on team performance, resource allocation, care coordination, and operational initiatives.
• Promote quality outcomes, member satisfaction, and the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Supervise personnel, perform audits and reporting, and enhance processes.
• Construct and nurture high-performing clinical teams.
• Cultivate relationships with health plans, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and oversight for integrated utilization management and care management services aimed at members with substance use disorders.
• Guarantee evidence-based, recovery-focused care.
• Act as a subject matter expert for intricate substance use disorder cases and for staff development initiatives.
• Possession of a current, active, and unrestricted license from a state or territory in the United States that allows independent practice with a legal scope permitting independent assessments.
• Eligible licenses include Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse.
• For Registered Nurses, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in direct behavioral health care.
• At least 3 years of experience in a formal clinical supervisory role or demonstrated leadership capability.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a clinical, care management, utilization management, or behavioral health context.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in performance management.
• Proficiency in care management tools and models, including case review and audit methodologies.
• Knowledge of and ability to implement care management principles and concepts.
• Extensive clinical knowledge base.
• Capacity to pass background checks upon hiring and throughout employment, which may include criminal records, sex offender status, sanctions, education, employment, drug screening, and E-Verify checks.
• High-speed internet service with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, and maximum latency of 100 milliseconds.
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
• Self-motivated and capable of leading a team toward achieving organizational objectives.
• Ability to engage a diverse range of individuals and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
