This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct regional clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, effective transitions of care, excellent clinical outcomes, and member satisfaction.
• Supervise team performance, resource allocation, complex case assistance, and operational initiatives.
• Address escalated concerns from members, providers, and health plans.
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Track performance metrics and conduct audits.
• Initiate quality improvement initiatives and implement enhancements to processes.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing clinical team through training, communication, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with health plans, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate coordinated care and enhance client satisfaction.
• Accomplish Clinical Operations objectives.
• Support Lucet’s mission to enhance behavioral, physical, and social health.
• A current, active, and unrestricted license issued by a U.S. state or territory to practice independently with a legal scope that allows for independent assessments; including Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse.
• For Registered Nurses, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of post-licensure experience in direct behavioral health care, including experience in facility-based or managed care settings.
• A minimum of 3 years in a formal clinical supervisory role or proven leadership experience.
• Skilled in care management tools and models, including case review and audit processes.
• Knowledgeable in care management principles and their application in practice.
• A robust clinical knowledge base.
• Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards related to care management.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand medical policies and criteria and effectively communicate health information.
• Experience and training in Motivational Interviewing or Health Coaching.
• Proficient in computer and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Word.
• Capable of documenting while simultaneously receiving information over the phone.
• Obtain certification in Case Management (CCM) within 3 years of directly overseeing the case management process, when applicable.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to pass a background check upon hiring and throughout employment.
• Capability to work from home in a quiet workspace with minimal background noise.
• High-speed internet must be installed prior to starting: minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, and maximum latency of 100 milliseconds.
